First Hispanic Supreme Court Judge

Benjamin Nathan Cardozo

The Christian Science Monitor (May 26, 2009), and others in the state-run media, have headlines like, "Obuma picks first Hispanic Supreme Court justice".
They're swooning over Obuma, no matter what the facts. How lax is their research. See We already had a Hispanic U. S. Supreme Court Justice. He was Benjamin Nathan Cardozo, U. S. Supreme Court Justice from 1932 - 1938, a Sephardi Jew of Spanish ancestry."

He may have been Hispanic, but also Jewish - so he doesn't count.
