First Hispanic Supreme Court Judge

Benjamin Nathan Cardozo

The Christian Science Monitor (May 26, 2009), and others in the state-run media, have headlines like, "Obuma picks first Hispanic Supreme Court justice".
They're swooning over Obuma, no matter what the facts. How lax is their research. See OpenMarket.org. We already had a Hispanic U. S. Supreme Court Justice. He was Benjamin Nathan Cardozo, U. S. Supreme Court Justice from 1932 - 1938, a Sephardi Jew of Spanish ancestry."

He may have been Hispanic, but also Jewish - so he doesn't count.
